My opinion of the results:

- steady as she goes, conservative approach.
- 4.1c div 2010.
- NTA .68, you'd have to think likely bottomed out.
- at 45c sp, 9.1% yield, but remember the company div is still suspended. Rents locked in to CPI growth.
- valuation should be above NTA imo, so should be safe to let nature take it's course from here.

selloff unjustifed, well oversold. imo. :)
