How is that justifiable? Company is now 33 million in the hole and directors/staff expenses increase by 2.2m? For what?
All of the announcements are great and sound promising and might deliver.... I've heard this for almost 10 years.
Are these products soft launches? Is this now the real deal? Is this sustainable? What is happening with other partners? The court case?
Here's an idea board, how about you think about adding some shareholder value by way of SP increase before coming with your AGM resolutions this year. I'll be against anything that is not adding value, and that includes remuneration packages. How can you give yourself a pay rise when you are throwing money away?
