They raised capital 5 months prior to end of FY... I would have thought 5 months was enough to get EPS to an at least flat (given they acquired profitable companies at supposedly good prices?). They have now issued another 15% ish more shares today, at least this time at a good premium... All very well giving a forecast 20% increase in EBITDA for FY19, but ain't so great when you've issued over 40% more shares within the past 6 months.
