At some point, you just have to hit that "Buy" button! You're never going to pick absolute rock bottom. Too many times I've watched a stock on my Watchlist creep higher and higher, thinking it will fall (recently, CSL and Coles, QAU) only to realise "Damn, I've missed the boat". As recently as the 9th June VCX had risen to $1.85, after hitting 90 cents in March. If it rose to $1.85 again from today's price, you'd be 31% up.

Don't over-commit, buy in slowly and don't be surprised if it drops further. If you take small bites at VCX and budget for downside, you'll almost be glad when/if the price falls further. At this price VCX feels under-appreciated. I reckon you'll do very well in the medium-term at $1.28.
