Not sure about that. It's wise for new investors of a Company to obtain past observations of other Companies to gain an insight.

This is a must read for Pharmaceutical Investors . I have gained a huge insight of what works and what doesn't. 350 pages of " Bible " . Peter's insights are from his CEO view looking down.
