Don’t worry about silly things like that negative equity and going concern.
The blood sucking owners, board and management are still getting cash injected into their veins.
They will keep this racket going as long as they can.
The rest of the shareholders are a distant consideration.
Look at the payout to the former CFO, whose tenure was minuscule!!
Absolutely ridiculous and no one takes responsibility for a horrible appointment.
Look at what the Chairman is getting paid ($250k) and the Directors ($175k and $150k).
This would have to be the best paid board for a company with a $45m market cap.
Management aren’t shy about overpaying themselves either!!
They could instantly save $1m and drop it to the bottom line if they were serious about the turnaround.
And don’t forget the $40m in related party transactions!!!!!!!!
We could own our facilities much cheaper than what we are renting them off the vampires for.
But the gravy train will roll on while they fill their boots!
Time for someone like Joe Aston to shine a light on this one.
