The damage has been done by Craig IMO, dilution from start to now should have been far less. If pulse is disruptive as we hope and flies off the shelves, the poorly managed expenditure / remuneration won't be the issue it has been til now. It was a time period where many companies did similar.
If pulse doesn't disrupt within this round of funding, I'll agree Craig should step down.
