We're discussing dividends - you don't need to advertise the rest. It's well known or should be to any shareholder.

What's being disputed is the decision to give back anything to shareholders and how it seems pretty much obvious that that decision had been made privy to some weeks prior to this announcement.

Expansion is always welcomed and if it means a reduced dividend, then so be it but if it means a zero one, then they only get one of those otherwise, as I said if he's planning on doing the same thing next year he needs to make shareholders aware of it now so they can then decide if it's still worth holding or not.
