Its a tiny resource only viable when prices are high. FEX needs to think about next steps and they need cash for those next steps.
Anyone who thinks theres corruption at play here is cooked. Anyone who is reliant on a dividend from a small cap to survive is also cooked. Whether paid out or not, the $ are still in the company.
Sure the SP will take a hit and a divvie would have been nice, but from a long term business perspective, no divvie is a solid decision.
