you're totally correct but are wasting your time trying to communicate with this fellow. Anyone with half a brain can read between the lines that Management's priorities have changed. While saying the dividend policy remains in place ( theoretically), JW emphasises that the focus will be on maximising SH value by investing in good acquisitions. The bounce in sp today is approval by those SH who like the LT capital growth prospects. Dividends will only come when that's fulfilled.
