Shareholders would have been better off with the company as it was originally set up compared to the direction it is now under. You just need to look at the wholesale issuance of shares and the severe dilution on earnings per share.
The expansion is a disaster for retail shareholders, who are now left hanging with no dividend and no end in sight to the Pacman philosophy now governing FEX where debt levels and risk seem set to balloon.
