Is the boat sufficient to realise the amount owed by Frank Rogers ?
Obviously the directors and their expenses are being paid , $630 k last year , plus expenses . There is an action pending and who knows what the outcome of that will be but would someone go to the trouble of making a claim without any justification ? Unlikely I think .. But I stress , I know nothing of the action .
Does anyone know by what time Mark Rogers has to exercise his options today ? Surely he will want to put ~$130k of those hard earned Rogers dollars back into the company ?
