Ian and Brazil used to manage (engineer) the AGM to steer away from any issues.
Brazil is still listed holding 10m shares.
M Keen earned(?!) 400k including 100k cash performance bonus, running a business deep in red!
J vd Elsen salary is 225k (+ directors fees?) - running the business from Peru
We've been in "strategic review" for years with all the remaining cash washed through the wages
Based on my conversation with M & J there are only slim chances to recover the boat/funds.
In the past there was talk about 5m misappropriated through related parties to be pursued direct or via auditors (insurance?) - it was formally signed off by audit (!) - all that went very quite
It never worried them in the past. I doubt it would worry Joseph...
