There are several items of interest on page 11.
Fwiw i dont read 'acquisitions pending' from the statements justifying the lack of guidance. I think may be too early to anticipate sales + profit for 2018 because of the recent changes in NZ business (loss of cisco etc).
Some years guidance has come out in March.

Re: New warehouse build which will be partially debt funded via draw-down on the Westpac facility (2nd half 2018), and part via another yet-to-be decided mechanism.
Q. Can anyone provide the ball-park costs of building our new warehouse ?
I'm anticipating a flat-lining in NPAT and dividend pay-out for the next two years due to increased borrowing costs and expenses associated with the capital works. I'd be interested in your views here ?
