2.5 Chair Should Be Independent
The Company’s Non-Executive Chairman, Mr Brian Moller, is not considered to be independent under the ASX Recommendations, being a material (legal) advisor to the Company, and a director of DGR Global Limited, which is a substantial securityholder of the Company. The Company is of the view that the size and scale of its current operations do not warrant the appointment of an independent Chairperson and that non-compliance with this recommendation will not be detrimental to the Company or its shareholders. BULLSHIT !!!!
