Below is the boards skills matrix and self-rating from low to high in skill level.
The 2 highest ratings for all seven directors are strategy and People and Culture. Hot topics on HC atm.

Rating themselves (all 7 directors) for 9 of 15 and nearly high for 13 of 15

This may help you decide what skills are required when the time comes to make a choice.
You may agree or disagree with the below ratings.
Soon you will have a choice of which areas can be improved ( in you own opinion)


Funny enough the nominated directors are the ones with the strengths for the weakest ratings as per above. IMO
And suggest what the current board said about the new nominees not having any useful skills might not be correct. IMO
