There is no hearsay about my statement. By your own conduct readers have not been privy to the "evidence on what actual discussions took place". Is there an explanation for that? Finally, why haven't holders been informed about the pump situation? It is shareholder's interest that is being ill served by the lack of important information. Perhaps you don't believe holders are entitled to know what is going on. If it is your opinion that such conduct is OK, you are certainly entitled to hold that opinion. However, I don't and many other shareholders don't share it either!

First, I dont need to disclose anything. Secondly, there was nothing to disclose apart from what has been reported.. because they were still assessing and working on it (at the time) of my communications with him. How can they release any information until they thoroughly investigate and follow a process to determine cause and origin of fault? Repair or replace? get quotes? get approval? The list goes on.
