I reckon all the note holders will be happy to extend and some sort of raise on the back of good news . then back to the asx to say hey we comply . then back to normal , but I can't see anything happening till May .
they have to get the product sorted , decide how they will raise , if it's a rights issue they would need to get a prospectus out , that all takes time and that's assuming they have something that will motivate shareholders to participate.
maybe they just go straight to the sophisticated guys and do it that way , it's heaps quicker .
they need the product though
