they have to get the product sorted , decide how they will raise , if it's a rights issue they would need to get a prospectus out , that all takes time and that's assuming they have something that will motivate shareholders to participate.
maybe they just go straight to the sophisticated guys and do it that way , it's heaps quicker .

Tomtom was saying the cash will come internationally. We likely won't get a look, i loaded up so even under dilution Im happy.

Wouldnt be surprised if it was a JBL commercial that took a position, Mark has a background there.. They are owned by Harman I think.

Would have to be a good sales & marketing fit.
