"just reported differently". You can say that again. The auditors have cut through all the BS for you.

Some observations....
1. No options have been taken up during the year.
2. No note holders are willing to convert their loans to shares.
3. At least one note holder (maybe more) want their $750,000 back at the end of the month. This alone could be enough to place the company into bankruptcy.
4. Even if the company survives the next month or so, the shares will not be removed from suspension until they produce the next set of financials which must not contain an unqualified auditors report. So suspension will continue until Sept/Oct even if they get through the next few months.

I have been attacked here the last few days for saying that the company is slow in submitting its annual financial reports and that there are legal responsiblities for listed companies regarding reporting. So yeah, hahahahahahahahaha
