Clearly failing principles 3, 5 and 6:
- 3 - Instill a culture of acting awfully, ethically and responsibly -> overall disscontempt shown for shareholders over the last 12-18 months .based on principles 5 & 6.
- 5- Timely and balanced disclosure -> not met with the disclosure of the increase in shareholding on Al Tasnim that was over 3 years old.
- 6- Respect rights of security holders -> not met with the now withdrawn capital raise.
