In this game (the one BNO is in) deal making is a constant. Not worth speculating when and with whom (although educated guesses can help make some loose predictions). I'd be very surprised if the CEO hasn't been talking about deals for some time. With the recent announcements and more clinical trial results not that far off I'd expect the discussions surrounding partnering and/or licensing would be getting 'more robust'.
