What a load of crap. The directors of this company have quite clearly not had the confidence of its SHers for some considerable time & the appointment of truly independent director/s incl. chairman would go a long way to re-instilling confidence in the board. The reason given should, if they were honest, IMO read "because we do not want our actions either questioned or examined by someone else."
