Well...at least we also know that WBT has ~ $300k to work with on the tech.

That is at least something that will allow the new BoD to focus with.

Most of the hard yards in dev would have been done and now, once they unravel whatever has happened internally and have a clear start point, they can hit the refinement stage.

Still not out the woods by a long shot but at least the path and direction is now shown. It's how they now tread this path that is imperative.
