Mayi, you make a lot of sense and I agree with your analysis.

Further, to raise the $1.5m at $0.0005 per share YPB needs to issue a further 3 billion in shares. Already, YPB has issued 6.1 billion fully paid ordinary shares so on the face of it this dilution before consolidation is devastating for existing shareholders. What the heck good can you say about a company that has an annual turnover of $664k, potentially over 9 billion shares on issue and over $79 million in accumulated losses. There's no hope of ever getting a dividend and IMO there's nothing to show that YPB will ever 'get off the floor'.

As pointed out in my last post, if June quarter 2022 is anything like their projected March 2022 quarter, YPB will run out of the CR money in July this year.

I don't think there will be any rush to exercise any of the 3 billions shares granted as options so there will be no cash flow from this avenue.

JH has been at the helm of YPB for 11 wasted years for shareholders, except that in many of those years JH has drawn an annual salary and perks of more than $500k. Enough said!
