    Digging into this, and thew company is contravening section 1.3 the company should have written agreements with the Directors. The company does not.

    It has zero independent directors, one could argue, which isn't neccessarily bad - but it's not like it has a single one, so the nomination committee will just be the 3 old boys and good luck getting any decent skills on board.
