Just a quick question, i am contemplating (Happy) to walk away from a purchase 14 days prior to settlement date should a few of my terms not be met i.e. reviewing a building report conducted and requesting for a reduction in the purchase price.
So my question is "If the seller plays hardball and chooses not to reduce the purchase price to reflect the cost to fix up the issues" what losses will i be up for should i decide to walk at this point in the sale?
