I think these guys are taking a very literal definition of the words cash flow positive as two or maybe three separate words. To them obviously they are thinking about cash flow in a liquidity sense and positive as an adjective not in the sense of a positive number. Otherwise how the hell did they have a cash burn in excess of $1.3M and call operations cash flow positive.
