All,
Interesting in the 4C, mentions conversion of Debt to securities.
But no evidence of the movement in the cash flow report, i would have thought that the $270,000.00 would have been deducted from the $2,500,000 loan facility and $270,000 issued as securities and seems to be missing from the cash flow report.
Does any one else read it this way?
