Are you are referring to Item 7.6 on Appendix 5B, which is missing all the details of the financing facility relating to the A$6 million loan (shown at Item 3.5 on Appendix 5B)?
Page 1 of the Cyprium Metals Limited ASX Activity Report lodged with the ASX Platform on 28 April 2023 stated:"Cyprium has entered into a Secured Loan Deed for AUD6 million".
Mandatory disclosure for Item 7.6 is to "Include in the box below a description of each facility above, including the lender, interest rate, maturity date and whether it is secured or unsecured."
In terms of 'interest rate' disclosure at Item 7.6, the CYM Board must state what the actual % interest rate is. Is it 12% per annum? Is it 7% over LIBOR?
Saying "Commercial rates of financing charges" tells a CYM shareholder (or potential shareholder like me) nothing.
