Well, its conditional on DTM giving SHN $1m cash and $1m in DTM shares for selling Triumph to them.
From what I can see all the resolutions to raise the the cash and issue SHN the shares were passed at the DTM AGM. But of course SHN had to say "conditional" because at the time of the release of SHN's cash flow report they would not have known the outcome of the voting at the DTM AGM.
I stand to be corrected of course.
