I dare say the cost of production ATM would be at a high point with startup etc.
I have pasted below a few sentences from the Quarterly and note reference to copper price increasing, improving operational control and the commissioning of an on stream analyser.

To me, all in all a very positive story - no debt, producing copper in a rising market and sufficient nearby and further afield prospects to look towards a very long life mine.

The increase in the copper production between the February and March milling campaigns reflects the improving operational control in the processing plant, which will be further enhanced in April with the commissioning of the onstream analyser. With the copper price increasing during the quarter, it is certainly an excellent time to be ramping up copper production.
