An interesting comment in this release around DEG now winding down from 16 rigs operating during the peak resource definition, to only two operating now.

That certainly is more of a windback than I was expecting given the very significant chance and upside of finding another Hemi like structure or even significantly increasing the probable resource at Hemi central with a bit more exploration now that enough has been defined to justify a mine and mill.

I get it that they just can't keep funding the level of definition drilling that was needed to get to the PFS, but thought they might punt in keeping four or so rigs plugging away. Hopefully the ones left are an RC and DD rig to probe the better AC discoveries so far.

So what's the strategy going forward? Certainly looks like cash conservation to maybe get to the DFS completion stage without any further dilution via a placement. That works for me. Presumably the remaining $63 mill?? will be more than enough to get to that stage while still keeping up some hope for resource expansion via the additional two rigs.

But I'm not sure if that will be enough to keep adding that additional 450k oz per month to keep Neetram happy, or indeed meet the boards performance target of 12 m oz sometime soon? Hopefully they know something we don't, and we will hit that target sooner than later... surely Scooby has some snacks for us?
