Mel has only 445million shares on issue. We can always do another capital raising. I am sure that 5000 Mel shareholders would support a capital raising rather than going into administration.
Mel has other options too. Like getting a farmin partner, or get taken over by a major, which is more likely. This mornings SMH said that STO is vulnerable for a takeover because its shareprice has halved since Aug 14.
