You only recently posted saying the offtake agreement where expected to be signed in the first three months of 2022, now you have changed your mind that the offtakes can take longer.

I would like to know when WKT needs to obtain these offtake agreements to comply with BMCG's conditions subsequent.

Maybe this is why the CFO needed to go to Tanzania to meet with the bank to discuss the status of these agreements along with the US$12Mil of Equity WKT needed to spend to unlock the bank's US$20mil.

Do you know if the lower graphite prices for +32 and +50 mesh, have put doubt on WKT's viability? as you would be aware the price for these larger flake sizes is significantly lower than the DFS forecast.

Do you know why the T40 are reducing its holding? We have BMCG and one of the long-term holders who has reduced their holding over the past month, Why would these investors be selling now if you and your ramping friends expect the SP to sail away to over $1.00?
I also have to wonder why WKT and the T40 haven't looked at other options to payout BMCG their remaining US$2.95mil of equity which is left to be converted into shares?
Can WKT not find any other investors interested in taking up such a stake in the company?
Or do you think these investors are likely to provide the funds if WKT needs additional funds to continue its operations? As the QTR report shows there are very few funds available and WKT expected the cash to run out by this week if the CRBC funds weren't released.
