Bit of a cryptic crossword this one, but basically the cash they have available (taking into account minus 1 month cash burn post this report, plus $1m from the placement) is the Tranche 2 Nebari facility that's dependent on digging new ore (plus the promise of the delayed $4m from the placement minus another month of cashburn). To say they are trying to thread the needle is an understatement - mining restart on the smell of an oily rag. If they pull this off it will be a miracle of astonishing proportions.
