Coming from 20+ yr BA / software dev / product dev background, so much negative feedback tells you clearly that HC failed the UX / Ui process, the early user engagement process and overall validation of features....imo, a very poor UX and UI. Shame on all involved....they should have hired me - I wouldn't have been cheap but it wouldn't have been amateur hour, that's for sure.
Now back to IRC.....
