Firstly I suspect people will need to be convinced that the POG has recovered. There'll still be nerves from the flash crash for a while.
Secondly PXG does in general tend to be thinly traded except around big anns. And from memory it does tend to lag the POG on the way up (can't check my charts to be sure at the moment).
Some good CH drill results or the updated JORC might do the job. though the price does seem to be getting kicked down on good news at the moment.
The required capital outlay to get the mine rolling might keep people on the sidelines for a while, until the POG nerves have evaporated. For me, AUS 1500 is the psychological point at which everything kicks back.
