It is almost certain that there will be some great news before the capital raising.
At this stage of development, it would be silly to place shares @2.5c. If you are not participating in the capital raising and are going to bitch about being screwed by the sophisticated investors, now is your time to get even.
Buy before the news and most likely at a lower price than what the sophisticated investors get.
