well maybe if the plant isn't complete this year shareholders will really think through managements salary + benefits to fit the current environment of the company, it inst fair that we get dilution + capital loss whilst they sit on comfortable salaries that not many see in a life time + share benefits, I think the company performance should = recognition and reward AT THIS POINT IN TIME.....
