Agree 100%.
I also recommend that NO FURTHER EMOLUMENT increase to occur until such time as we are running at a profit with dividends imminent.
The current salaries for the achievements to date are very very excessive.
Unfortunately there are quite a few shareholders that feel that management deserve FAT salaries.
Directors have achieved growth where shareholders have been weakened and there may yet be more fund raising before we see clear air!
Considering the lack of achievement to date ( I understand that these are complex developments BUT complex developments do not justify large salaries ) the return to management has been better than is being achieved by existing profitable companies on the ASX.
We need support from all shareholders to contain excesses at the next AGM - whether we are up and running - or not.
