Here's a bit of finance 101 for you (actually its not only a fundamental economic concept, its common sense) - a certain amount of debt is preferable as it reduces agency costs on account of the monitoring effect. It is priced into most valuation models.
Ceases to amuse me when someone thinks that a retail investor on an investment forum making a negative post about a share traded on on volume can have the effect of moving the market. Do you think maybe that the dropping price could be more to do with the market pricing in the dilution from an impending placement...hmmm?! I tell you what, you calculate the dilution drop off ratio and get back to me on why you think the price should remain where it was but for the negative posts.
