In relation to the ASX correspondence I have just sent off the following email:-

As a shareholder in Austpac Resources NL (APG ), I question whether the company is meeting their 'full disclosure' obligations.

In their response to your recent queries one of their sentences quoted "Investors have indicated their support for further capital at the end of the March 2014 quarter should this be required."

As 'general investors' I do not recall being asked anything regarding funding.

In fact, as shareholders we were last advised that the plant would be completed before the end of 2013 (actually much earlier in previous announcements).

In recent times we have not been given any forecast completion dates for the plant.

Is it full disclosure when some investors are being advised of possible completion dates and the majority of investors NOT being advised?
