On 10 October the Company announced a fund raising of $1m via the Private Placement of shares.
Also on 10 October the Company announced the issue of a 1 for 10 non-renounceable rights issue, offered to all eligible shareholders.
On 19 November the Company announced that it had secured firm commitments of $2m, net of fees payable, to place any shortfall in the rights issue.
On 27 November the Company announced that the rights issue combined with the shortfall commitments raised $3,099,711.00. Of this amount $550,000.00 was received after the reporting period.
On 31 December the Company lodged its audited financial accounts for the year ending 31 December 2013.
