Po Valley probably has as much knowledge of negotiating the Italian bureaucracy as anyone else. But yes, more capital would allow much more aggressive development of the resources. They're going to need a whopping big farm-in to develop Teodorico, or some other source of funding.
In the meantime, if they can just get that pipeline going, progress the applications for San Alberto and so forth, and maybe drill one more exploration well next year, that seems as much as we can hope for.
