Not really when you consider the alternatives:...
a- Finance from Bank which is normally charged at 10 - 12.5%pa. high risk commercial loans, thats if they even lend you the money.
b- Insto Cash raise offered at 20% discount to VWAP which is significantly damaging to SP and future value because of dilution.
c- Facility gold loan, Charing a one time 14% fee to initiate and enable you to pay back with the gold that you produce.
I would have picked option (c) as most value also
