Interesting that there is a $7 million spend on property, plant...

Interesting that there is a $7 million spend on property, plant and equipment next quarter (5.3 million spent over previous 18 months). It doesn't look like payment for current equipment unless we owe some money from start up that I've missed. Anyone with any ideas what this might be extra excavators, trucks, equipment/barges for the port? Is there any chance this could be long lead items (if there are any) for CHPP plant.
