IMO, this $7 mil will close out all outstanding finance on plant & equipment and clear the way for a major finance deal of the port upgrade, the CHPP and mining upgrade to 2 mil/t/p/a. IMO, the new CEO has been employed to land a favourable financing packet which will likely be Russian sourced.
