    Only need the commitment of about 562 million shares to make up 5%. Given that there is a $0 balance in the kitty would be resolved with a CR and would not be an issue for me if I knew that the leadership team had my best interests at heart.

    I, for one, can commit 12,000,000 shares .....!!!

    Anyhow, just thinking out loud and of course you would only act in your own best interests. DYOR.
