Reading between the lines - NAIF are being difficult and the other financiers are waiting to see what NAIF does. NAIF are notoriously slow and cautious. My guess is they will get a rocket up their backsides in the leadup to the election. Expect a funding announcement in Townsville May with Morrison's face all over it. The downers will continue trolling until then to stock up cheap!
